All right. Good morning, everybody. For those of you who don't know me, my name is Matt Koranda. I'm the senior research analyst covering consumer and industrial companies at ROTH Capital. Today, we have a fireside chat with Shyft Group. The CEO and President, Daryl Adams, is to my left here. And then to his left, we have the CFO, Jon Douyard.

Thanks, Matt. Morning, everybody. Shyft Group is a specialty vehicle manufacturer that is usually number two in our space. You can see the brands across the bottom. Last year were $1 billion in revenue and we have about 4,200 employees and 60 manufacturing locations.
