Good morning, and thank you for joining us today with our fireside chat. If we move to the next slide, please. I think everybody understands this slide. I'm not going to read it word for word, but I encourage you to take some time and read it at your leisure. And with that, we'll move right into the next slide. So here are the 5 key messages that we really want you to walk away with at the end of the presentation today. The first one is that we started our transformation back in 2015 to an industrial growth company. Since then, we basically doubled the revenue and increased our bottom line by 5x, and you'll see some more details on that in a few minutes.

Second, we aligned our portfolio toward long-term growth trends in last mile and parcel delivery and infrastructure. This was done by divesting our immersive response business back in early 2020 just before COVID, so the timing was good, but was not planned.
