Good morning. I'm Jim Sharman, Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Shyft Group. On behalf of the company, I want to thank you for participating in The Shyft Group 2021 Annual Shareholder Meeting. (Operator Instructions) And we will answer questions after the management's remarks and the voting results are announced.
