Good afternoon, everyone. On behalf of UBS, I'd like to introduce the leadership team of The Shyft Group, formerly known as Spartan Motors, who we're excited to have here at our conference today. The Shyft Group is one of the leading manufacturers of specialty vehicles in the United States and builds, designs and upfits various types of vehicles for applications ranging from high-growth last-mile delivery services to the work truck vehicles for municipal and commercial customers.

In recent years, the company has executed on its strategic growth initiatives by refocusing its portfolio, growing its base business and expanding its service and manufacturing network. Today, The Shyft Group is a national player in the specialty vehicle sector and has developed integrated offerings for its various customer groups.
