Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to the 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of United States Steel Corporation.

Thank you. Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. As was the gentleman said, my name is Dave Sutherland. I have the pleasure of being the Chairman of the Board of U.S. Steel, and welcome to our 119th Annual Meeting of Stockholders. I will act as Chairman of the inland call the meeting to order.

In light of the public health concerns surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, we are holding this meeting virtually, and each of us is participating from a different location. The health and safety of the team at U.S. Steel, our stockholders and all of our stakeholders is our highest priority.
