Again, my name is Dave Sutherland. I'm Chairman of the Board, and welcome to U.S. Steel's 118th Annual Meeting of Stockholders. I will act as Chairman of this meeting and call the meeting to order.

In light of the public health concerns surrounding COVID-19, the pandemic, we are holding this meeting virtually, and each of us is participating from a different location as we practice physical distancing.
