[Stephen], thanks for the introduction, and welcome to all of you to Denver, Colorado, our hometown. We're very pleased to see this conference continue to be extremely relevant, and thank you for taking the time to make it so. We hope you've enjoyed the city, and hopefully, you've enjoyed a little bit of the countryside and the mountains as well. We actually -- I enjoyed, there we are, a hike on Saturday with 18 people from the conference. And we went up to Mount Quandary, which is one of our 54, 14,000-foot peaks. And it was a bit like the days when your folks would go out of town in high school, and all of a sudden, your friends started showing up at your house, and more and more people came. I think we started out with 12, ended up with 18, and everybody was safe, and we had a good time. But I think it's a sign of what the people that get involved in this industry are all about. They love the outdoors. They love to be in the environment. And I think when we talk about ESG, I'll talk about it a couple of places in the presentation. The
