Morning, everyone. Thanks for your interest in Royal Gold this morning. I will be making forward-looking statements, so I just ask you to be familiar with our cautionary statement. I thought what I'd do today before getting into an update on our key properties is give you a little background on our financial results and our strategic focus. We're a little different; we are a June 30 fiscal year-end. So when I talk about revenue up here, it's for our fiscal second quarter that ended December 31st of 2018.

Revenue for the quarter was down about 15%. 4% of that was due to price the rest was volume. And really what we saw in the first half of our fiscal year was the impact of Mount Milligan. As you'll recall, Milligan shut down at the end of 2017, early 2018. And we get our metal deliveries about 5 months after the concentrate is shipped from the mine. So the absence of delivery sort of showed up in the June quarter of last year and really hit our sales the first part of this fiscal year.
