Okay, good morning, good afternoon, everybody. I hope you're all hungry after that little bit of Singapore culture.

I'm going to say a few things upfront, and then I'm going to hand over to Andy to go through the details of our 2020 results. I'll come back with a review of our strategic themes and a little bit of the way forward.

So all in all, 2020 for us has been a tale of 2 sides really. On the one hand, we know that we had a strong start in the year. We had a relatively strong finish to the year in those areas that have begun their recovery.
