Okay. Well, thanks very much, Andy. I'm sure everyone on the call knows Andy Halford, who's the CFO of Standard Chartered. I think the format's -- I think there's one more joining there. I see. Hopefully, they can hear me fine.

I think the format is I'm going to sort of channel the questions. I've got some questions, obviously. But if anybody has particular issues they want to ask Andy, then if you just drop me an e-mail, then I can ask him directly. So -- can we start off, Andy, just about with the sort of the return on tangible equity goal of 10%, which is -- has been a goal of Standard Chartered for some time. Obviously, events have pushed the timing back, at least. I mean I just wondered, is this still something a goal that you think is possible to achieve in, say, the next 2 to 3 years?
