Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I am David Jin, Chief Executive Officer, President, and a member of the Board of Directors of Avalon GloboCare Corp. I will be serving as Chairman of today's meeting, which is being held in a virtual format. On behalf of the company, I want to welcome you, and thank you for attending this annual meeting of the shareholders.

This virtual meeting format allows stockholders the opportunity to exercise the same rights as if they attended an in-person annual meeting of the stockholders. I would first like to introduce Luisa Ingargiola, Chief Financial Officer of the company, and each of the other directors of the company; Wenzhao Daniel Lu, Steven Sanders, Lourdes Felix, Wilbert Tauzin, William Stilley, and Tevi Troy.

I would also like to introduce Alan Markowitz, a representative of the accounting firm of Marcum LLP, the company's independent registered public accountants. Marianna Shelenkova, our outside corporate counsel is also present.
