Good afternoon, everyone. My name is David Jin, the President and CEO of Avalon GloboCare. I really appreciate the opportunity to present in this LD Micro Conference today. As a medical oncologist, I have a genuine passion in curing cancer. You are probably familiar with some of the conventional cancer treatment options as in the left.
Over the last decade, there is a revolutionary approach called cellular immunotherapy, mostly about something called CAR-T therapy, which involves the isolation and genetic engineering of T cells, which are the major workhorses in our body. And you can imagine these CAR-T cells as a living drug equipped with a GPS-guided missile, directly targeting tumor cells and killing them. And this is a very impressive and revolutionary approach
