Ascot Resources Ltd is a development and exploration company. It owns the Premier and Red Mountain Gold Project, located in the northwestern regions of British Columbia, Canada. The company also has two other properties: Swamp Point, an aggregate project located in British Columbia on the Portland Canal, and Mt. Margaret, a porphyry copper-molybdenum-gold-silver deposit in Washington State, USA. It has two operating segments: the development of the project and the exploration and evaluation of Mt. Margaret.
