Good morning, and welcome to Infinera's 2020 Annual Stockholders Meeting. I'm Tom Fallon, Infinera's Chief Executive Officer, and I will serve as Chairman of this meeting. First, as noted during our recent Q1 '20 earnings call, on behalf of everyone at Infinera, I would like to extend our sincere appreciation for those around the globe who are working tirelessly to protect all of us and care for those in need despite the obvious health risks they take upon themselves. This helplessness represents the very best of humanity and brings hope during a time of fear and uncertainty. Second, I would like to acknowledge that this is the first year we are holding a virtual stockholders meeting, and I hope we'll be able to return to an in-person format next year.
