Good day, everyone. I am Steph Wissink, senior research analyst from Jefferies. And it's my pleasure to be sharing the screen this morning with the senior leadership team from XpresSpa. On the screen, you should see Doug Satzman, who is the Company's CEO; and James Berry, the Company's CFO.
We are going to begin today by talking a little bit about the business. We are not going to go into a formal presentation. So I am going to ask Doug to talk a little bit about the size of the business, the market share, the locations they have around the world and their offerings or menu of services.
