Today, we got the CFO, Richard Reese, and the CEO Vern Nagel; and Dan Smith, who's the Treasurer for Acuity and Investor Relations, is in the front row.

So Acuity has really displayed a strong consistent focus on long-term strategic opportunities, rather singularly within the lighting industry. So we'll deal with that topic as well and think about what that means for long-term value creation.

But in the meantime, Vern is just going to kick off with some summary slides, and then we'll go into conversation.
