The company operates two underground coal mines in the Songshan coalfield in western Panzhou City, Guizhou Province, the People's Republic of China, namely, the Hongguo Mine and the Baogushan Mine. The revenue of the company is derived from the production and sales of coal products including clean coal, middling coal, and sludge coal; and the sale of coalbed methane gas as well as subcontracting income on coal washing services for Bangda in the People's Republic of China.
