The fund assembles money from general investors with the objective of purchasing and/or taking on leasing and/or subleasing of immovable properties and/or accepting the transfer of leasehold rights of immovable properties and/or the transfer of sub-leasehold rights of immovable properties such as hotel and serviced apartment. All the revenue for the company is derived from renting immovable properties. Geographically, it operates in Thailand.
