Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to our investor call regarding SuAo and HePing projects and our Q3 trading and operational update. The investor call will be articulated in two different parts with one hour of Q&A session at the end of the call. The first part will see an opening by Mr. Carlalberto Guglielminotti, CEO of NHOA Group, and with him, to explain all the details about the Taiwanese projects will be Mr. Giuseppe Artizzu, CEO of NHOA Energy and NHOA Group General Manager, and Mrs. Lucie Kanius-Dujardin, VP, Global Markets & Development, who will take us through a short presentation introducing the new projects.

The second part of the investor call will focus on our Q3 trading and operational update as we have announced on July 23, 2021, in the context of our Masterplan10x. These topic will be then addressed by Mr. Guglielminotti, with Mrs. Ilaria Scarinci, our CFO, and Mr. Giuseppe Artizzu. After a short interaction, all the management will be available to answer all questions you may have on both.
