Good morning. We are here with the 10:30 session at the Jefferies Industrials Conference. We're with Watsco.

Today -- I'm Chirag Patel. I'm on the machinery team here with Steve Volkmann covering the space, and we're happy to introduce Rick Gomez the Vice President of Corporate Development here today for us.
