Thanks, Julian. Good afternoon. Welcome to the company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for 2022. We are conducting today's meeting as a virtual meeting. Our meeting will consist of a brief agenda of formal items, including the setting of the number of directors for the ensuing year, the election of directors, the appointment of our auditor and the advisory resolution on the company's approach to executive compensation. Following the formal business of the meeting, there will be a corporate presentation and a more general Q&A session.
