Good morning, and welcome to SolarWinds 2019 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. I'd like to call the meeting to order now. I'm Jason Bliss, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, and will act as Chairman and Secretary of this meeting. I'd like to welcome all of our stockholders attending this meeting. This is our first annual meeting since reentering the public markets in late 2018 and the first meeting that we have conducted virtually through a live webcast. We believe the virtual format allows for greater access to the meetings for all of our stockholders.

Joining me today on the call are Kevin Thompson, our President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of our Board; and Bart Kalsu, our Chief Financial Officer.
