So just really the first question, on the transformation initiative, and understanding that we don't want to front-run anything that Mike will say, but just help us maybe bucket the areas of highest priority in this environment, whether it's cost, whether it's revenue management, right, because I think it's a pretty unique time to undergo a transformation.
