We miss you. That's how I started a year ago. Today, we have a small audience here, and I can tell you it's completely different to talk to real people instead of just talking to a camera. So thanks for coming.

My name is Marco Knuchel. I'm heading Investor Relations at Schindler, and welcome to the 2022 full year results presentation. I'm here together with Silvio Napoli, our Chairman; and Ms. Carla De Geyseleer, our CFO. Silvio will start with key messages and the highlights. Then he will talk about key developments in the markets, the industry and finish with the strategic framework. After that, Carla will lead us through the results. After the presentation, there will be a Q&A as usual. And then we will finish -- we aim to finish at about 11:00.
