Good morning, and welcome to LiveRamp's 2020 Annual Stockholders Meeting. I'm Clark Kokich, Board Chair of LiveRamp, and I'll be presiding over the meeting. First, I'd like to welcome LiveRamp's directors, officers and employees who are attending the meeting today. Also, representatives of our independent auditor, KPMG, are on the call and will be available to address any questions you may have. If you have questions during the meeting, please submit them through the Q&A section of the virtual meeting website, and we will address as many of them as possible at the end of the meeting.
