Okay. So thank you all very much for joining us. As I said last time, I'm Ross Smotrich, I'm the REIT Analyst here. Very appreciative that you all came. Very happy to introduce Prologis and specifically Tom Olinger, the company's Chief Financial Officer. Tom joined -- well, let me back up, Tom joined the predecessor entity AMB in 2007 as CFO. Prior to that, he had a career at Oracle and public accounting, which we don't hold against him. But perhaps you are aware in 2011, 2012 AMB acquired Prologis, PLD, and changed the name and at that point, Tom assumed the role of Chief Integration Officer. And then took on the role as CFO in 2012. So we're thrilled to have Tom here to tell the story of Prologis. I think he has got some slides, then we'll go to Q&A. So Tom, please thank you very much.
