Hello, everyone. Ladies and gentlemen, dear shareholders, I'm very happy to be with you today for a traditional general assembly. Each meeting between us is obviously, very unique and privileged. The present general assembly was invited according to the legal specifically, no request for a resolution or an item on the agenda was formulated following the publication of the notice of the general assembly in the legal journal today.

We have the present shareholders that are present and those not present, I declare this mixed general assembly open. As President of the General Assembly, I would like to create the bureau of the assembly.
