Good morning. Welcome to OneSpan's 2019 Investor and Analyst Day. It's great to see a nice full room. Thank you all for coming. For those that I haven't met, my name is Joe Maxa, I am the Director of Investor Relations.

Before I invite the speakers up today, I'd like to see a raise of hands for anyone in the room that was at the last Investor Day the company put on. I'm the only one? It was in 2008, and the company was named VASCO back then. I was sitting out there where you are today.

The company's come a long way since then. Today, you're going to hear about the transformation the company is making that's focusing on growing our software revenue. You're also going to hear about the significant opportunities that lie in front of us that we're going to be able to take advantage of and we're going to tell you how we're going to do that.
