Good afternoon everybody. My name is Steve Abramson, and I am President and Chief Executive Officer of Universal Display Corporation. I'd like to welcome you to the 23rd Annual Shareholders Meeting. So I've been standing up here for 23 years, giving a similar speech. But when I first started, it was about, look at all this promise we have. And now it's, look at what we've done and look at all of the promise we have. So it's all going to be good.

This week is also the 25th anniversary of our founding. So it's 25 years ago this week that Sherwin formed Universal Display Corporation. And what you'll see -- there you go. And what you're seeing on the screen are just some of the images that we've had from our annual meetings past over the last 23 years.

I'm glad you could all make it here today. I've been informed by the inspector of elections that a quorum exists and that the annual report and proxy materials or a notice regarding the availability of proxy materials were mailed to all of our shareholders
