(foreign language) Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I'm Barbara Chapman, Chairman of the Board of Genesis Energy Limited. On behalf of my fellow directors, our Chief Executive and his team and all Genesis employees around New Zealand, welcome to our 2021 Annual Shareholders Meeting. Continuing restrictions on gatherings due to COVID-19 mean we have once again proceeded with a virtual-only event this year. I thank you for your understanding and continued participation in Genesis' Annual Shareholder Meeting.

As Chairman, I regret to not being able to engage with you and in an but invite you all to make use of our other channels to provide your feedback on our Board's performance. Today's meeting is being held online via the Computershare Online Meetings platform. This allows shareholders, proxies and guests to attend the meeting virtually. All attendees can watch a live webcast of the meeting and read the company documents associated with the meeting.
