Welcome, everyone, to ServiceNow's Financial Analyst Day 2021. Thank you for joining us today. I'm Darren Yip, Head of Investor Relations. Today, you'll hear how ServiceNow is well positioned to drive a balance of durable growth and profitability at scale. We have a great agenda for you. Bill will kick us off with an overview of our strategy and vision. CJ, John and Josh will walk you through our product and platform innovation.
