Welcome back, everybody. I'm George Staphos of BofA equity research, and we are delighted that WestRock will be making another appearance at our conference. Speaking for the company are Steve Voorhees, Ward Dickson and also, James Armstrong, who we all know from the company's Investor Relations effort is in background as well. Steve, as you know, is Chief Executive Officer of the company. Previously, he was Chief Executive Officer of RockTenn, which became WestRock after its transaction with MeadWestvaco. We're grateful that Steve joined us here today. I always appreciate his straight-shooting comments. And then Ward Dickson is Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President for the company. And as you know, Ward brings over 30 years of [business] experience to WestRock and multiple rules, and again, as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President.
