Good morning, and welcome to our full year trading update call. Before we go to Q&A, I'll take you through some of the key highlights of this morning's statement and provide a bit more color around our financial performance in 2021. The key areas that I want to highlight are, firstly, continued momentum in our markets, driving a stronger second half performance with growth in consulting and operations, and stabilization in projects compared to the first half of the year. Our full year margin improvement of around 0.5 percentage point with cost efficiencies and revenue mix more than offsetting lower activity. We've strengthened our order book,
