Good morning, everyone. Welcome to The Gym Group's half year results. I'm Richard Darwin, the CEO. With me today is Ann-Marie Murphy, our Chief Operating Officer. Obviously, we're in a bit of an interim period at the moment before Luke Tait joins us as CFO in October, but Ann-Marie and I will do a bit of a double act on these results.

As you know, we very recently did the Capital Markets Day where we did a pretty extensive analysis of the -- what we see is very strong medium-term prospects for our business, and those slides are clearly on the website along with the webcast. So today, we're going to concentrate on current year trading and the progress that we are making against our plan.

So the headline is that we are continuing to see very good levels of recovery in our core membership. We're seeing real momentum in our financial performance, and our growth plans are on track and our operating metrics are very strong.
