Good morning, everyone. Thank you for joining us today to discuss Anglo Pacific's Half Year 2022 Results. We are incredibly proud to report our best half year results in the group's history. Each portfolio contribution, adjusted net income and cash flow per share were records for the half year period. And what we're seeing is that the low-risk nature of our business model as a royalty and streaming company is incredibly pronounced in today's inflationary environment.

Our toll royalty and stream interest helped us generate our highest ever levels of EBITDA at a margin of over 90%. The company is in a very strong position for further growth with $180 million of liquidity available to fund further royalty and stream acquisitions, and that follows our recent acquisition of a royalty portfolio from South32 for $885 million in July.
