Good afternoon, and thank you for joining us today for our second Virtual Capital Markets Webinar. Hopefully, we can organize a physical property tour in early 2022.

Today, you're going to hear from several members of our property team covering 2 main topics: firstly, how our sustainability and social impact strategy, SixBySix, is being embedded within the operations of our property teams; and secondly, how we are developing our offering, particularly in respect of working with operators of primary care at scale. Jonathan and myself will then host a Q&A session, including today's presenters.
