All right. Good afternoon, everyone. So I'm pleased to welcome one of the executive team members of Eli Lilly, Dan Skovronsky, who is the Head of R&D, effectively. His formal title is Chief Scientific Officer and President of Lilly Research Laboratories. Dan, we're happy to have you here. Just to give you a little bit of a sense for Dan's background. He interestingly has responsibility for Global Business Development at Lilly, which is new for the Head of R&D at Lilly, and I'll ask you talk about that a little bit. And he originally joined Lilly in 2010 when the company acquired Avid Radiopharmaceuticals where he had been CEO since founding the company in 2004.
