All right. Good morning. Welcome to KLA's 2019 Investor Day. I'm Ed Lockwood. I'm Senior Director of Investor Relations for KLA. And on behalf of the entire team, I'd like to thank you all for joining us here in person today and on our live webcast.

We're very excited about our message and the vision that we're presenting today, and we very much appreciate you taking time out of your busy days to come and see us, so thank you very much.

I'd like to start it off by referring you to our press release this morning, where we have 3 key announcements. Number one, we announced that we are affirming our guidance for the third quarter of calendar 2019 for revenue and non-GAAP EPS. Number two, we've announced a 13% increase in our quarterly dividend level to $0.85 per share. This will be the 10th consecutive annual increase in our quarterly dividend. And thirdly, we announced a $1 billion -- an authorization for a $1 billion share repurchase program. This is in addition to the existing repurchase program which we are currently executing.
