Hello, and welcome to the Nordstrom 2020 Annual Shareholder Meeting. I would now like to introduce Brad Smith, Chairman of the Board, for opening remarks.

Good morning. My name is Brad Smith, and I have the distinct privilege of serving as the Chairman of the Nordstrom Board. This year, in response to concerns about the spread of the novel coronavirus, or COVID-19, we've adopted a virtual format for our annual meeting to help reduce the risk of potentially transmitting the virus while providing a consistent experience to all shareholders regardless of your location.
