Good evening, and thank you for joining us to discuss today's announcement that IMAX Corporation intends to acquire full ownership of IMAX China. On the call today to review the transaction are Rich Gelfond, Chief Executive Officer; and Natasha Fernandes, our Chief Financial Officer. Rob Lister, Chief Legal Officer, is also joining us today.
