So good morning, everybody. And first of all, thank you to Jolyon Burton and Brian Bloom for giving us the opportunity here. And I'd like to talk about IntelGenx Technologies Corporation, and I will be making certain forward-looking statements in the course of the presentation as per this slide.

Here's a brief snapshot of the of the company. We're currently trading on the TSX under the ticker IGX, and in the US on the OTCQB under the ticker IGXT. Market cap, a little over $50 million currently, with total shares issued 150 million. And there's insider ownership in the neighborhood of 30 million (sic - see slide 3 - 31%).

IntelGenx is a drug delivery company. We're focusing on the development and manufacturing of oral films. Why oral films? First of all, they are very easy to administer. You may be familiar with the Listerine film strip, so they are very easy to be adhered to the oral mucosa. But beyond that, they have some important advantages over conventional oral drug delivery in the sense that transmucosal
