All right. We'll go ahead and get started. So good afternoon, everyone. My name is Andrew Casella. I cover high-yield industrials here at Deutsche Bank. I guess we can kick it off with a question, I think, on everyone's minds on what your forecast is for housing starts, but just if you could talk about your end markets a little bit. Certainly, there's a lot of different layers of the onion when you look at housing, certainly different price points, the entry-level buyer, the move up, the luxury buyer and then also geography.
