So the legacy firm you ran, New Media, you've spent many years, I mean, as many years as I have followed you, consolidating newspapers, bringing out synergies. The strategy worked really well. Your synergies were achieved. Your top line fared better than most peers in the newspaper industry. And then last year, you did a big acquisition, right, acquiring Gannett. Why you think this -- why was this acquisition a better course of action for your shareholders as opposed to the sort of the old New Media that I knew that would sort of focus on smaller transactions and tuck-ins as opposed to
