Good morning, and thank you for coming to the 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Selectis Health, Inc. My name is Lance Baller, and I'm the CEO and Chairman of Selectis Health, Inc. I will be serving as Chairman for this meeting.

On behalf of the Company, I would like to welcome all of our shareholders. I would like to introduce those Directors and Officers who are attending this meeting remotely.
