Good morning. Thanks for braving the rain and being with us here live in New York for our Investor Day. Really appreciate your attendance today. Also to the people that are listening on the webcast live or at a future replay of the webcast, thank you for your time in our meeting today. Let me start with some presentations. Up here on the dais are the main presenters for today's meeting, so I'll start here. Tom Schmitt, our Chairman, President and CEO; Matt Jewell, our Chief Commercial Officer; Chris Ruble, our Chief Operating Officer; and my name is Mike Morris, I'm the Chief Financial Officer.
