Thank you, Katie. Good morning, everyone. And thanks for joining us. With me on today's call is Yogesh Gupta, Progress' President and Chief Executive Officer.

Earlier today, we announced our proposed acquisition of Chef along with preliminary results for our fiscal third quarter, which ended on August 31, '20, and our preliminary revised business outlook for fiscal year 2020.
