Good morning. The 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Kirby Corporation will please come to order. I'm Joe Pyne, Chairman of the Board of Kirby.

In response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, today's meeting is being conducted in a virtual format again this year in lieu of an in-person meeting. I'd like to welcome the employees, stockholders and guests who are joining us on the call today.
