I'm going to start by giving you a brief overview of the headline developments of the group over the last year. I then want to talk for a few minutes about the changes we're making to put responsible gambling at the heart of what we do and the regulatory backdrop for our business and the sector more broadly.

Jonathan will then go through our 2019 financial results before handing over to Matt, who will provide an updated view on the U.S. market and the progress we're making there. It's almost a year since our U.S. Capital Markets Day, and a lot has happened in the U.S. in that time. So it's great to have Matt here.

I'll then talk about performance of our core PPB online and Sportsbet businesses before giving you a brief update on our proposed combination with the Stars Group. We'll then open up for Q&A.
