Forte Biosciences Inc Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I am Paul Wagner, and I am the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Forte Biosciences. It's a pleasure to welcome you to the 2021 virtual annual meeting of stockholders. We will begin today with the formal business of the meeting.
Before proceeding further, I'd like to introduce the company's directors who are present virtually at this meeting. Present are Dr. Lawrence Eichenfield, Steven Kornfeld, Dr. Patricia Walker, and Donald Williams. I would also like to introduce our Chief Financial Officer, Tony Riley, who is present virtually at this meeting.
Finally, I would like to introduce Steve Fanucchi from our auditors Mayer Hoffman McCann, and Ben Capps, our Legal Counsel from Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, both of whom are present virtually at this meeting. We've asked Mr. Capps to act as Secretary of the meeting and record the minutes of this meeting.
