Well, maybe I'll just make some overview comments to get us started. A couple of things. One, we're off to a good start this year. I think we feel very confident about the future of our therapies aimed at treating aortic stenosis.

And a couple of things have happened early on. One is we saw these extraordinary results of the PARTNER 3 trial looking at patients who were at low risk of undergoing traditional open heart surgery. And that trial showed superiority over traditional open heart surgery. The second element, I guess, is we continue to see just dramatic undertreatment of
